Firstly they are skewered on a bamboo stick, then twisted through our amazing machine, dipped in a light tempura style batter and deep fried to perfection in high quality cottonseed oil. All you need to do is select your favourite seasoning and sauce. The result...a taste sensation that will leave you coming back for more!

Fresh, juicy button mushrooms threaded on a bamboo skewer, dipped in our light batter and tossed in Japanese Panko breadcrumbs. Fried until golden brown and served with your choice of seasoning and sauce. A little taste of magic!

Take locally grown Golden Sweet Potato, twist on a bamboo skewer, dip in our light tempura style batter and deep fry in cottonseed oil. Serve with your selection of seasoning and sauce. We recommend our homemade rosemary & garlic sea salt with free range egg garlic aioli...its a match made in heaven. Delicious!
